Running case

IT-Premium has two customer-triggered value streams—recurring managed services and RFC/project work—that share specialist capacity and cash collection but require separate queues, metrics, and control rules. The production accounting feed identifies recurring income through the Абонплата account at roughly UAH 1.3m per month across the observed quarter. The new time-log evidence shows that incidents and service requests consume most specialist capacity, while clarification is the immediate project-flow constraint. The course teaches how to improve that decision flow without harming service SLA.
